The Funderø flooring solution is up to speed. Variants in oak/ash and maple/beech in various patterns. 15 kgs/m2 of material alleviated from waste streams.
The a:gain and Junckers collaboration on Funderø flooring
In collaboration with Junckers, a:gain has developed and introduced the Funderø flooring solutions in various designs hereby optimizing and using as much discarded wood as possible. We are currently delivering 950 m2 to NCC on a PensionDenmark project called Marmormolen in collaboration with PLH Architects. Please see the attached video.

The Carlsberg Lounge at Anfield has been refurbished with upcycled furnitures in order to inspire and to share the upcycling possibilitites internationally. Liverpool Football Club has lately been recognized as the greenest football club in Premier League.
Lyngby Science City is to be a hub for cross-trade corporations to make cities less climate-damaging. We have delivered upcycled acoustics and flooring as a part of the sustainability journey of Velliv who is the building owner.
At the new 13.000 m2 office house in Nordhavn, built by NCC for PensionDenmark and with PLH Architects, we are delivering 950 m2 upcycled flooring and 500 m2 of acoustics.
2.500 m2 of a:gain Bronsø and also 160 m2 Funderø flooring is delivered to this large residential project by Skanska and with Nordstern as constractors. The project also met more firestop test, read about this in News on Documentation.
You can make a difference. Also small orders on 4 pieces of a:gain Kiø acoustic panels are important. It allows all the customers of Kaffeværkstedet to be inspired. Kaffeværkstedet naturally fell for our variant called Black Coffee of wood surface treatment.
We aim to substitute as many virgin-based products as possible. In that process, we are delighted to have delivered a:gain Flarø upcycled acoustic wall cladding to Daarbak Showrooms Roskilde and Fredericia. Hereby enabling their large sales forces to spread the word.
We strive to be transparent when it comes to our business. That also goes for documentation. We make it clear where we are in a) Calculated estimate, b) Internal LCA, c) Externally verified LCA and d) EPD on our website. See e.g. for Tystø here.

a:gain is moving to its new office
On April 1st 2023, we will be moving to our new office at Langebrogade 3 (De Danske Sukkerfabrikker). The new location near e.g. BLOX:HUB, DI, Christiansborg, Rådet for Bæredygtigt Byggeri among others, is much anticipated by us.
